Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of service.

• We accept payment through all major credit card companies.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Refunds are issued at the discretion of Reroute.

• Cancellations can be made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

• If there are no items at the pickup location, the customer will be charged a $10 fee. If it is a $10 order, the fee will be kept. If the order was originally over $10, the order will be refunded and a $10 charge will be applied to the customers credit card on file.

• If there are additional items that originally booked, an extra bag/box fee for the amount of extra items will be charged to the customers credit card on file.
